What makes MB1health special?

How do I order?

Simply select the product, add it to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. Available payment and shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Do I need a customer account?

No. An account is optional, but it makes order tracking, invoice downloads, and repeat purchases easier.

What payment methods are accepted?

We support common methods (e.g. credit card, PayPal). You will see the specific options available at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

As long as your goods have not yet been packed/shipped, we will try to make changes or cancellations possible. Please contact support immediately with your order number.

Where do you deliver to?

Usually in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The exact destination countries will be displayed at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

The standard delivery time is displayed at checkout. You will receive a tracking email after shipment.

How much are the shipping costs?

You will see the costs and any thresholds for free shipping at checkout before you pay.

How does the return work?

Within the statutory period for exercising the right of withdrawal (EU law), you can return unopened/original goods. Register your return with support so we can send you the necessary steps.

What if a product arrives damaged/incomplete?

Please send us photos and the order number – we will take care of replacement or refund.

Is there a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, the terms and conditions are on the product page. Otherwise, the legal regulations apply.

What does "COA/Lab Report" mean and where can I find it?

A "Certificate of Analysis" (COA) documents, for example, purity, identity and, if applicable, heavy metal/microbiology tests. If available, you can find it directly on the product page (link/QR) or obtain it from support upon request.

Where are your products manufactured?

We produce our goods in Germany according to the highest quality standards.
