Orders are processed on business days only, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Order processing time: 1–3 business days.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST are processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed, it is handed to the carrier for delivery.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Shipping regions: United States, Germany, Austria, Switzerland.
Orders ship Monday through Saturday. No shipments are sent on Sundays or public holidays.
For same-day processing, orders must be placed before 5:00 PM MST on a business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the following business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our tracking page.
